About the event
The “How Do You Feel, For Real?” Walk is a community-driven wellness event created by ReHope Coach to promote honest conversations about emotional health, reduce the stigma around trauma and mental illness, and create space for collective healing. This walk empowers participants to show up authentically, support one another, and acknowledge that healing begins with telling the truth about how we feel—for real.
A portion of the proceeds from each registration and t-shirt sale will directly support NAMI Philadelphia in their mission to provide education, advocacy, and support for individuals and families affected by mental illness.
