Meet The Founder/CEO
ReHope Coach Williams
Nydria Williams is a Trauma Empowerment Coach and experienced, certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist with 20+ years in mental health. As an In-School Counselor at a public high school in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, she guides teens through the use of trauma-based techniques and focuses on the well-being state of emotions. Raised in Philadelphia, Nydria draws from personal struggles to empower others. An ordained Rev. and Associate Minister, she provides spiritual support at her church located in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. Nydria is a best-selling author, podcast host, and devoted wife and mother. Passionate about breaking generational trauma and fostering healthy relationships, she empowers women to turn their trauma into testimony. With dual master's degrees in Clinical Psychology, Nydria is pursuing a doctorate/PhD at Next Dimension University Bible College. Nydria has a strong speaking portfolio which includes, the National Comeback Summit, media interviews, podcasts, the Demand What Your Deserve Tour 2024-2025, We Talk Weekly, numerous workshops, women's empowerment events, youth groups, and training.

SERVING
ReHope Coach loves the Lord, serving, learning, and helping others. In 2018, Nydria was ordained and licensed as a Reverend, September 2023 Licensed to the Gospel of Ministry. We don't ask for the circumstances we are dealt with in some instances, some times we need a little help to get through.
BEING A WIFE & MOTHER
When ReHope Coach is not coaching, speaking or hosting the podcast Hope After Storms, she loves spending time with her husband, two teenage boys, and their Old English Bulldog.
